Females prefer to have sex at night, and males prefer early morning hours. You've probably noticed the morning erection in your partner, but you still prefer to continue sleeping.
The reason is not your lack of interest, but the fact that men and women have a different production of testosterone.
According to a study by the Journal of America Association, females are interested in sexual activity mainly at evening at 11:00 to 2:00 a.m., and males prefer dawn between 0600 and 09 a.m.
Practically a clockwork that never matches.
Males produce a good amount of testosterone before waking up, about 25-50% of the total they produce during the day. And women in the morning have very low testosterone levels.
In females, however, testosterone levels increase with the passing of hours and more are produced during ovulation.
The important thing, though, is to take a few long hours of sleep, which also affects the growth of testosterone levels?
But what's the middle road? Sex after lunch? Not usually. Men in most cases surrender to women's dictatorship and have sex at night.
