We're proposing three exercises that will scan the entire body in the record terms:

Step

Stay vertical, force your belly muscles. Take a step forward so that you can put your knee back on the back. When it gets closer to the floor, the knee should be under the 90 degree angle.

Resistance

The exercise begins in the initial position of the pumps: hands are on the width of the shoulders, the elbows are soft on the outside, the stomach and the hips are tight, while legs are stretched out.

Breath by pulling the right knee toward the right elbow, while in exhaling stretch your foot back. Do 6 alternative repetitions in 3 series. Let the tables between the series be 30 seconds.

Pomps on the table

Put it on the edge of the table, bed or chair. Put your hands next to your hip with your fingers in front. The soup pulls down. Shake your stomach, move a step forward, drop your hips toward the floor.

Grinds to support, stretch your elbows, and return to your original position. Make 10 repetitions, rest 30 seconds, and repeat two more series.
