In this letter to President Thaci to Wessel, it is said that as a winning coalition that has won the necessary majority in the Assembly to form Government, they have the right to propose the new candidate to form the Government of the Republic of Kosovo. Document: Procedurically, after the mandated to form the government, following the proposal of the political party or the coalition that constitutes the majority of the Parliament, the new candidate for prime minister no later than fifteen days after the appointment, represents the composition of the new government before the Assembly of Kosovo and requires the approval of the Parliament.
If that proposed government composition does not get the most necessary votes, the president within ten days appoints the other candidate under the same procedure. If not the second time the government is elected, then the president announces the elections that should be held no later than 40 days from the day of their proclamation.
