Police take security measures for Sunny Hill Festival

On the occasion of the Sunny Hill festival, which is held in the Germ Park from August 2nd to August 4th, the Regional Directorate of Police in Pristina has taken necessary measures in order to regulate road flow and traffic management in order to create normal flow in traffic and a safe environment. Since singers with world renomes will take part in this festival, it is expected that only the citizens of the chief centre, the Germ Park, to be run by citizens from other countries.
Kosovo police, in co-operation with the Pristina municipality, to avoid roadblocks on the road, will operate on all roads, which relate to the main road connecting the town to the Germ park, forming vehicle ban and instruction points, and establishing order along those roads.
In this context, police will stop and redirect all cars except the neighborhood residents who connect to the Germia Park (Soofali, Tauk Bahkse), Urban Traffic buses, emergency vehicles, Horticulture, The KR “Cleaning”, the Pristina Inspection Directorate, as well as KP cars, which are engaged in this operation.
The stop and redirecting of cars will be made at the intersection of “1 October”, “Nazim Gafurri” and “Ymer Lutfi Pajarizi”; ( Velan calling), “Nazim Gafurri”, “Xhavit Ahmeti” and “Dr. Lec Gradica”, intersection of “Dr. Rescue Robaj” with that of Sophalia in the direction of the pool and the Germia Park.
The operation will begin being implemented by 10:00, August 2nd, so police are urging citizens to avoid moving to the Germia Park with cars.
