The OP has asked the Inspectorate to report the review panel in writing within 10 days about the steps she has taken following her decision.
The Kosovo Police Inspectorate Authority is required to make the necessary changes in the tender file, in accordance with Article 53.7 of the Public Procurement Law and toʹte take into account the recommendations of the professional procurement expert regarding the procurement activity ʹfurnisation with bulletproof vests<18x1>, says the OSP's decision.
