Police confirm the accident on the Rugova highway is dead.

A traffic accident took place on the highway of Ibrahim Rugova, where there were suspected deaths, reports Periscope.

Kosovo Police spokesman Daut Hoxha has confirmed the news about Periscope, meanwhile, has said this accident was fatal.
