The initial trial hearing has been postponed today for Kosovo Assembly deputies Milaim Zeka and Frasher Krasniqi.
To them, the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor had filed an indictment based on the clash they had had had on 29 September on the Kosovo Clan Local Info show, since the Zeka case was charged with the work of remandation) while Krasniqi with the small body relief work.
After reporting the Justice Act on the establishment of this indictment, the two MPs had both declared that they had neither been aware of the existence of such an act nor were they questioned by any prosecutor in the case.
A court hearing had also attempted to be held in July, but it failed with a lack of indictees.
Only the deputy of the court has been seen during Wednesday, however. PSD's Frasher Krasniqi, but not Zeka.
The judge had decided at the first failed session that if MPs did not appear before the tribunal following invitations sent to their party headquarters, they would be brought here by police.
