With Kadriun, who was charged by the Ministry's Secretary-General Betim Recica for pressure and influence in a tender, Lekaj says justice organs must be taken away, KTV reports.
He said he received Recica and Kadri's letter, and the two have given different versions.
MIS Secretary-General Betim Recica had sent a letter to Lekat earlier this month, which Deputy Prime Minister Rexhep Kadriu denounced.
Asked by KTV, if it has denounced the case to justice institutions, Secretary Recica has preferred that officials speak to the media within the ministry.
This office, through a written answer, has only said that the secretary has announced Minister Lekaj so that he can proceed according to authorisation and that all legal actions in competence have been taken, without clarifying something more about these actions.
KTV had provided the letter where, among other things, Deputy Prime Minister Kadriu has tried to intervene and exert influence to favour a company designated to win a tender.
