The minister has confirmed this in the resignation of Foreign Affairs, Behgjet Pacolli.
He through a Twitter post has asked Serbia to stop attacks on Kosovo citizens and to create security for them.
I strongly condemn the attack on busloads of passengers traveling from Kosovo through Serbia to the European Union. Serbia is constantly failing to ensure security for our travellers and freedom of movement”, it has written, adding that it requires investigation and security for citizens.
Pacolli has said co-ordinated attacks against Kosovo citizens should be halted, adding that the European Union should act as facilitator of the freedom of movement agreement.
