A month of detention for the person who did not give his wife first aid in Pec

Suspect R.A., who did not give the first aid to the woman in Pec who later passed away, will be held in custody for a month.

The Constitutional Court in Pec approved the request of the Constitutional Prosecutor, and the ruling states that the R.A. had been able to help him feel free of danger.
