The entire process of supporting farmers within these programmes, since the announcement of calls and assessment of all grants and subsidies is done based on documentation, procedures and the first program criteria, which are published annually on the Ministry of Agriculture's page and on the Agriculture Development Agency (AZHB). Likewise, the AZHB also made informing farmers through e - mail messages and decisions, as well as through the AZHB website, of results regarding the process.
In order to inform the citizens correctly, The MBPZHR reports that even the number of complaints of farmers addressed to the MBPZHR and AZHB over the process of profiting subsidies and investment grants has declined.
Therefore, these processes and the prosperity of sharing financial support for farmers cannot tarnish any political tendency, despite pre-elector efforts that political subjects may have.
The MBPHR has been and is open all the time in the service of farmers and other interested parties, including civil society, where this has been witnessed many times when the grant apps assessment process has been done openly in front of the media and civil society.
In addition, all investment subsidies and grants beneficiaries each year are made public on the ministry's website and AZHB, where all citizens of the Republic of Kosovo are accessed.
The MBPZHR remains committed to increasing transparency in order to inform the public at any time for all processes connected with financial support for the agriculture sector.
