High temperatures sometimes make us think about the summer season, how we're gonna get through it.
But what you do during holidays or weekends on the beach doesn't mean they keep you out of stress. Experts at the Institute of Public Health recommend several effective ways that will help you to keep stress out during hot summer days and vacations.
Take off the chocolates. Wine and sweets don't go together during the summer. In hot days it is good to consume the fruit of the season.
Take a walk on the beach: 30 minutes walking a day, doing you good for everything. Even to reduce stress.
Try to do yoga: During the summer you can join groups that apply yoga, or if you have already learned some tactics, you can also try them individually. Relaxing exercises always help keep stress away.
Explore Nature: Boating and exploring nature is another way to reduce stress. Read during your stay in the sand: Always keep a book nearby as you rest near the sea.
