The study has found that half of British women are constantly asleep, while much of them do not have quality sleep.

Besides snoring a mate who prevents them from sleeping, another reason why many women are sleepless is that children are also.
This lack of sleep is about 1,095 hours or 45 days a year.
Such sleep deprivation affects female health, especially in connection with and concentration.
Besides fatigue and lack of concentration, insomnia also makes them more vulnerable to depression.
