Kosovo institutions' continued care for fellow countrymen and UCK fighters”
Even though we are constantly boasting fairly with the unique contribution of our countrymen, both before and after-war and always the electoral promises, or during the season, it is that you, fellow countrymen cut long expectations on Kosovo's borders with Serbia both during arrival and return, yet these good promises are remaining in the government's drawers and in no way are finding room during technical negotiations with Serbia to settle this issue once and for all.
So, I suggest that after the government's formation, this issue is placed as a priority because long expectations are affecting the arrival of more homeowners in cars and that their Kosovo is smaller.
Since I am stressing the work of the governments, I have to re-focus that until Kosovo institutions continue not to engage to protect KLA fighters who have accusations issued by the Serbian state (such as the case of the freedom fighter Mr. Morina, why don't we engage in this subject until the elections.
We have good reason to insist, since the Hages Court has handled these acts of alleged war crimes, invited and completed the process by June 1999, and the Special Court for alleged KLA crimes in Kosovo has now been functional. Now is the moment for all charges by the Serbian courts to be dropped overall. Therefore, the continuation of negotiations with Serbia must also be conditioned with the dropping of these prosecutions.
We know how to engage in certain figures and then lose our commitment. This has made Kosovo state leaders even isolated themselves from the international movement, and this has been the main obstacle of not breaking the truth of Kosovo's values directly. If we have to wait for membership in Interpol and then all of those fellow countrymen who pass through these states will be jeopardised every time by charges Serbia knows to form every time from criminalised courts and institutions, selling them as rights in the International Community is the last moment.
