The Foundation Court in Pec, the Randa Crime Department, has assigned home arrest to the K.A. on account of the confirmed suspicion.
During the months of August September September 2012, in Banja, the Istog municipality, in interaction with other people has trafficked victim A. S, in a way that after the defendant in advance takes the victim to the second floor of his oven and performs with the victim without its will for three days, then calls on another person who takes the victim by vehicle and gives him 50 (50) euros (50) and then sends the victim to Prizren and engages in sexual relations without its desire.
With these actions, defendant Q.A. allegedly committed a human trafficking offense.
The court in this criminal court case has several cases of judicial examination where other co-independents have come regularly, but the defendant Q.A. has never come with a rationale that the same is found in the outside world, so the court for the same has issued a warrant for his conduct in court, then issued a local listing letter, as well as an international row card, with a warrant dated 14,08.2019, the same member of the Police Station in Pec has been brought to court on international paper, and has been appointed to a period of arrest by a month (1).
Against this decision the dissatisfied side has the right to complaint at the Court of Appeals.
