For the first time, the Toraque Surgery Clinic has been equipped with VATS worth 64 thousand euros.
This device increases the quality and security of intervention, reduces the likelihood of infection, and accelerates patient rehabilitation time.
Such surgery at private clinics has cost citizens 25 to 400,000 euros.
Ismaili, during the inauguration of these equipment, said that fighting health corruption has made it possible to save more money which is turning into investments for our clinics and hospitals.
Today, we inaugurated the new VATS and Broncoscope device that combined the value of 74 thousand euros. V The new ATS will greatly increase the patient's safety in operations and enable faster rehabilitation of it. Since such operations in private range from 25 to 40 thousand euros, we have made an intervention that directly affects the lives of patients and the budget of households”, the minister Ismaili said.
Furthermore, he has said that fighting corruption has begun to turn the expectations and trust of citizens into our health system.
“Milione euros saved in the purchase of drugs we have turned into the right orientation: more modern equipment for our clinics and hospitals, which are now in full service to patients, citizens and families”, Ismaili said.
