The Social Democrat Initiative and AKR have also officially signed the pre-election coalition, which it said would be the determining of Kosovo's next government.
The AKR's chairman at a media conference, Behgjet Pacolli, said the AKR and Initiative will compete with a joint list and will have its candidate for prime minister.
“The AKR and the Initiative last night have decided to form a coalition, the church to call me the golden centre, the middle axis, or I'm calling the third political part, which will be key, will be important in forming the next government. The AKR and Initiative will compete with a joint list, the list will have its own candidate for prime minister, I believe the ARK and Initiative will do a dignified job. We worked honestly and transparently, and the mandate, even though we didn't finally get it done without a scandal, I'm proud of the work done”, Pacolli said.
He said they have co-operated very well with the Initiative and ministers how long they were in government.
Meanwhile, Initiative Chairman Fatmir Limaj said the AKR initiative coalition goes alone in the elections.
It's good news for the country, which shows that with this decision we've made to build a political axis, where we expect to join other political forces shows wisdom, the seriousness of rationality for the elections ahead. I believe our coalition has open doors for others who want to join us. We as political groups are maintaining political balances in the country, are helping a different alternative. We will not produce the victim of an electorate vote, Kosovo has topics that should seriously deal with them. This coalition will be determining Kosovo's next government”, he said.
