Deputy Prime Minister Enver Hoxhaj has commented on the writing of the prestigious German newspaper “Die Welt”, regarding Russia's request to open a military base in the Serb-run part of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Hoxhaj, has said the poor influence of foreign acts is increasing as the European Union is bypassing the integration of the Western Balkans.
He has said that Russian presence in the region is demonstrating Serbia's old intentions to dominate the region.
“The poor intent of foreign acts is increasing as the EU bypasses the integration of the Western Balkans. Russian presence in the region is dangerous and is demonstrating Serbia's old intentions to dominate the region. The only alternative for the Western Balkans is NATO”, Hoxhaj has written on Twitter.
