According to Google, suspending support for The FTP will not be an important problem, as there are more FTP clients who have access to all platforms that may be affected by this decision.
Currently, all key browsers support FTP, but when Google stops its support, Opera, Brave and Vivald can lose the ability to connect to these addresses.
Firefox, Safar, Edge and Internet Explorer currently support FTP, but it is unknown that they will monitor Google rates and end this support.
Though Google will no longer offer support for FTP, this will not leave users in the mud. When a user tries to access a FTP connection, the browser will try to execute a separate program that the user has installed and is able to support ftp: // URL
Google plans to downplay Chrome 78, 80, and finally 82, and finally complete support for FTP in the next period.
