As the year 2019 is not preceded to be an election year, the Finance Ministry is obliged to access the means by the category of subsidies.
But even if there is a request from the CEC, the Ministry of Finance will not be able to do so, without taking the opinion from the Constitutional Court, regarding government activity following Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj's resignation.
However, according to Lulzim Rafuna, adviser to outgoing Finance Minister Bedri Hamza, sharing the means will not be a problem, KTV reports.
On the other hand, by the Central Election Commission, there have been no figure of how much it can cost the budget to organise early elections.
According to spokesman Valmir Elez, this will be known after the planning.
Early, central and local elections held two years ago, Kosovo's budget has cost around 11m euros.
