Total interview:
Periscope: The Democratic League of Kosovo is expected tomorrow to hold the General Council meeting. What will be the decisions made within this meeting?
Lutfi Haziri: The second step after the surrender of the LDK General Council is the choice of Headship. This top executive organ. Work materials have already been distributed. Tomorrow the General Council at 17:30 will select organs, except for the chairman who is elected to the Assembly, will elect the vice-presidents, secretaries and members of the leadership. While, of course, it will also be worked in preparation for extraordinary elections.
Periscope: Will the prime minister's name be discussed tomorrow in LDK?
Lutfi HaziriNo, it's not part of the discussion at tomorrow's meeting, it's Headship. Of course, public perception and preparations for early elections for the Republic Assembly will also be discussed.
Periscope: So when are you going to agree on this?
Lutfi Haziri: It's not tomorrow. Of course, it's also an urgent question for the coalition and the question of eventual notation, but it's not tomorrow that we're going to discuss. When it was his turn.
Periscope: Will you again be one of LDK deputy heads?
Lutfi Haziri: It will depend on the LDK chairman. He has the full trust of the Parliament for proposals. And of course the Council votes at the end. It will be all in the political will of LDK chairman Isa Mustaf, who will make the assessment, performance and commitment of each of us based on the political engagement of the past four years. So it's extremely cheap and I think tomorrow it's going to propose the team for the next four years.
Periscope: When we are now on the eve of elections, we know that much has been said about a possible coalition with Vetevendosje. What are the chances of that happening to you? With which other parties, the LDK would link the coalition before or after-election?
Lutfi Haziri: Basically we have a decision that LDK goes to the elections alone. But at the same time we are co-operating very closely with all other political parties, excluding the PDK. With the VV, we've established meeting together. We'll focus on the issues that we primarily unite. In programming issues related to the interest of the governing programme, and in the coming days, we will take a stand on the issue.
