Disciplinary procedure against prosecutors in case of minor murder in Fushe-Kosovo

Despite that, however, nothing was taken into account, resulting in the death of the minor.
And a number of institutions have launched various investigations to see where the state failed to protect the 12-year-old.
Jedal Svecla, chairman of the Commission for Communities and Kthim, says it was the prosecution that neglected the case, KTV reported.
Furthermore, Svechla reports that the suspect S.O. has been reported criminally behind him.
It turns out that random prosecutors were Ruhan Salihu and Raze Loshaj.
Television contacted prosecutor Ruhan Salihu. He over the phone, said he'd just advised in this case, not giving further details.
In the meantime, he did not answer the question of whether he was aware that the suspect had suffered the murder penalty.
E Raze Loshaj has said that the case was taken only in January, when he has even asked for the suspect's statement, which was then on the run. Furthermore, Loshaj has acknowledged that he was aware that suspect S.O. has posed a danger to the minor.
Sources within the Constitutional Prosecutorship have told of KTV that disciplinary procedures were initiated against prosecutors.
Television also teaches that measures can be made in police for job neglect.
Through a written response, police have said they are dealing with investigations in this regard.

And for the same case, the ombudsman Institute has initiated investigations.
K.V., the minor from Fushe Kosova, was found killed in front of a residence on 11 July. According to his family, he was repeatedly violated by S.O., suspected of being held in custody under suspicion of having committed a criminal act -- serious murder.
