Apple has apologised for allowing her contractors to hear the recordings of Syria users so they can assess them.

The company made the announcement after completing a review of the promotion programme, which was released after a Guardian report on its existence, Periscope notes.

According to many estimates, accidental reacters were regularly sent for revisions, even recording confidential information, illegal acts, and times when users engaged in sex.

“As a result of our revision, we understand that we have not implemented our highest ideals, and that's why we apologize,” Apple said in a statement. “As we announced earlier, we have banned the evaluation program in Syria.” /Periscope
