For us, this is a political decision that directly intervenes in the law,” she said at a joint press conference with Northern Macedonia Prime Minister Zoran Zaev.
Asked by Tanjug if Morina's extradition was discussed at the meeting with her Macedonian counterpart, Brnabic said they were speaking openly on all topics and that Morina's extradition was a matter of the judiciary.
She said she does not think Zaev can influence the issue because she added that neither can it influence the court's decisions in Serbia.
In the same question Zaev answered that it was a decision by judicial authorities and that such decisions had been taken out of any political influence.
Former Kosovo Liberation Army soldier Tomor Morina was released from prison on August 14th, where he was being held following ban at the Blace border by northern Macedonia police, based on an INTERPOL ballot issued at Serbia's request
