An African media medium has uncovered a scandal involving Central African Foreign Affairs Minister Ivica Dacic.
African media, “Corbeean-centrafreque.com” has published a Central African Foreign Affairs Ministry scandal.
According to this medium, it has been several weeks since Central African Foreign Affairs Minister Sylvie Baipo Temon is at the heart of a corruption scandal and trafficking in false travel documents.
At the time the scandal with false diplomatic passports of the Central African Republic continues to shake the government of Firmin Nrebada, Foreign Minister Sylvie Baipo Temon is again involved in another high-level and trafficking link of fake diplomatic travel documents.
This African medium reports that Sylvie Baipo Temon had been appointed to the top of diplomacy under disturbing circumstances that had shocked the public and that since the beginning of the exercise of office, Temon had not hesitated to use her position as responsible for a public service for her personal benefit.
While in 2008, Professor Faustin Archange Towadera's government through his minister of foreign affairs at the time, General Antoine Gambi had officially recognised the Republic of Kosovo as an independent state, Mrs. Temon, contacted by the Serbian government, has signed an official letter last July 24th through which it annuls the recognition of Kosovo as an independent state. And he did this without prior consultation to the Council of Ministers”, writes “Corbeean-centrafreque. com”
According to this research conducted by the media, Temona had met in Paris in mid-July Serbian Minister Ivica Dacic's special adviser, Vladimir, known as Vlad.
During this meeting, as this medium writes, he had offered Temonas a 200 million Swiss franc in exchange for attracting recognition of Kosovo.
This famous diplomatic letter by Minister Temona, which was presented directly to Serbian television by Minister of Foreign Affairs Daciq, was secretly delivered on July 24th by her author, an envoy named Mr. Vladimir, a woman known as Tanja, in charge of secret missions between Serbia and Africa”, reports the media later.
