But this sentence will not be executed if in a one-year verifiable period, the defendant does not perform other criminal acts.
Judge Arben Mustafaj said the accused is obliged to pay the amount of 70 euros on behalf of procedural spending, reports the “Justice Trust”.
The indictment against him was announced by Judge Arben Mustafaj, after the accused in advance pleaded guilty to the charge he was charged with.
The accused has expressed regret over the case, adding that it is the first time in conflict with the law.
I have regretted the case. I have apologized to the injured, and tried to fix the reports with him”, said the accused Tafilaj.
The guilty's plea has not opposed prosecutor Muharrem Bajraktari, who said, the guilty plea has support in the evidence found in the subject documents, proposing to the court that this be taken as a facilitating circumstance.
According to the indictment, on April 03, 2019, at around 13:30, in the village of Rakos, the Istog municipality, in the courtyard of primary school “and Mjeda”, deliberately and with adequate means due to severe bodily injury, the defendant has caused body injury to the injured Florian Hadziaj.
The indictment determines that since the defendant and the injured were opposed to the football game, and the injured man addressed the defendant with the words “you could fight well without hitting us with”, which the defendant first resorts to in the words “k... you are”, and then he went to his house, where he took a mile, with which he physically attacked the victim.
In the indictment, the defendant is said to have hit him on the left arm and on the right foot, where the defendant's crackdown causes minor bodily injuries to injured Hadijaj.
He is charged with committing criminal work “with the slight body launch”, by Article 188 of the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
