In fact, their scientific study ʹ in partnership with Leeds' Biomedial University has confirmed that football is good for health.
They have analysed 25 Leeds United fans, aged 20 to 62, during three key matches in the previous campaign.
These fans were physically and mentally monitored during these fights to track three key factors of heart rate, blood pressure and mood.
Participants carried monitors measuring heart rate during the match until blood pressure was checked at different intervals.

Fans were also checked in and interviewed after each match to reach psychological conclusion.
The results found that increasing heart rate during the match affected the positive “x1> similar to those experienced during cardiovascular exercises ) by testifying that watching soccer is good for your health.
When Leeds won, each fan's blood pressure fell, another health benefits.
As for the psychological impact, each attendee was in a positive mood for at least 24 hours after the victory, but, not surprisingly, the loss resulted in increased periods of low mood.
