The 27-year-old reportedly swam through the lower river web of the Niagara River, where there is also the famous waterfall in an effort to avoid deportation to Albania from Canada.
A local resident contacted the authorities about 11:45 minutes of dinner on August 3rd, reporting that a man had just passed through his backyard carrying a waterless bag on his back after leaving the banks of the river.
The man reportedly asked the “which was the” street, as well as the Brickyard restaurant, the panorama reported.
When police found the suspect inside Brickyard, he reported them no longer welcome to Canada and would be deported back to Albania.
Robert Kutaj, was taken under arrest by border police pending further investigation into his claims.
