The Constitutional Court in Pec has approved the Constitutional Prosecutor's request in this municipality for the appointment of the detention measure against defendants I. D, B.N. and A. J, because of the guilt-based suspicion.

They are suspected that “from 2015 to 1508.2019, in Pec, has contracted an apparent nonproposal of property in exchange for service for victim V. The US and that, exploiting the victim's serious financial situation, causing financial losses to many of the 90,000 euros, in a way that was initially victim to defendant B. N, in 2015, had borrowed money in many of the 1,700 euros, as a loan for sending the brother abroad, and for that many victims by the 15th.08.2019 was forced to pay interest in many of the 90,000 euros, at various locations and periods, here to defendants B. N, I.D. and A. The JG, all of these in the family relationship, but the moment the victim had failed to provide the last loan to the defendants in many of the 19,000 euros, the same defendant had been forced that the plaque that had been shared by the families of the martyrs, here to the victim's family, the victim bore the buyers contracted by the defendants”.

By the 1508.2019, when the victim was due to go to Noter for carrying property, the pressure attempts to commit suicide but, fortunately, manage to take him to the hospital and is now out of danger for life”, the Criminal Court has announced.

With these actions, the defendants are suspected to have committed the criminal offence in co-ordination.

Defendants I. D, B.N. and A. The JG has been assigned a length of detention measure of (1) month.

Against this decision the dissatisfied side has the right to complaint at the Court of Appeals.
