On 1408.2019, in Istog, he had deliberately caused slight bodily injury to the female gender victim, age five (5), who belongs to the Egyptian community, so that after being damaged he asks for charity, the defendant strikes him by bringing him to the ground and causing slight bodily injuries and leaves the scene.
The defendant's actions allegedly committed slight bodily injury from Article 185 par.3 subpar.3.1 related to KPRK's par.1.
The L.D. defendants have been assigned detention measures for a (1) month.
Against this decision the dissatisfied side has the right to complaint at the Court of Appeals.
