He seemed to be in great pain until the medical staff intervened, with the player putting the lantern on his face.
Before Asensio left the field with an ambulance, the cameras caught Zinedine Zidane's reaction on the technical line.
The Frenchman couldn't even watch as the player was leaving the field.
