Robson and Safechuck, who are now 41 and 37 years old, had charged Jackson with allegedly abusing them sexually for years while they were minors, during the eight and nine years.
Even though they are not French citizens, the indictment was filed against them in that country because it is forbidden there to file charges against dead persons, CNN reports.
Fans have indicted Robson and Safechuck for a symbolic sum of one euro, because, reportedly in the indictment, the damage to memory for the deceased.
The money is not in question, but the heart”, said Emmanuel Ludo, a Jackson fan lawyer.
Court officials in the French town of Orleans, where a hearing was held earlier this month, said defendants did not participate and that they do not have legal representatives in France, writes KOHA Ditore.
Michael Jackson died on June 25, 2009, at the age of 50, from the heart attack.
