Being a morning person helps to reduce the risk of poor cancer, one study says.
The study has found that women who wake up early are less likely to be affected by this disease than women who stay awake at night.
This advantage is believed to be because of exposure to light in the early hours of the morning, which helps to receive the melatonin hormone that regulates sleep.
Some studies have shown that melatonin has the power to protect against cancer, especially breast cancer.
The new research revealed that for every 100 women, one will not be touched by breast cancer just because she's going to bed early.
The results also found that participants who slept for more than seven to eight hours a day were more likely to be affected by breast cancer.
Work at night has been constantly linked to cancer. This is because if we work at night our body is exposed to artificial lights and not to natural ones.
The World Health Organization has even classified shifts as cancerous for people in 2007.
The aforementioned study participants showed their customs about bedtime.
The results showed that women who preferred breakfast more than the evening to work were less likely to develop breast cancer.
But scholars were unable to explain why the danger was higher among women who slept later in the evening.
They point out that their study was based on their own reports of sleep habits by participants.
Other research is also required to find out exactly how various sleep models can lead to breast cancer.
However, study can help women to care for their health and avoid sleeptime diseases.
