We often say that males “for a moment get stupid when they see a very pretty woman. There seems to be scientific support for this now.
New research indicates that even the mention of female name alone can temporarily affect the male's brain. Dutch University Radboud has conducted tests on 90 young male and female heterosexuals.
The task was to read out loud words from the researchers' mouth, until they were shot by cameras. When you tell men who are looking at women on screens, they'd follow the changes: men would do the worst job.
On the other hand, when women were told that men were watching, there was no change. Research leader, psychologist Johann Carremans, has concluded in the Daily Mail statement: the women's mention alone was enough to reduce men's cognitive capabilities. ”
He added that respondents didn't even need to be told what a woman is looking at, or whether she has an attractive look or not.
The same researcher that in 2009 conducted the research that concluded that the male facing the female suffers from “the temporary “fatiness”. Scientists have no explanation for this phenomenon, nor do they know the obvious difference between the female reaction and the male when the opposite gender is mentioned.
There is the theory that says this: While females are primarily based on appearances, males rely on character, charm, and intelligence, so their behavior in such situations experiences greater changes.
It should be noted, however, that the average age of those surveyed was 21, which gives hope that males will in time behave more discreetly.
