Thaci commemorates Bytyci brothers: International justice has failed to punish Serbian crimes

Thaci through a post in Facebook said international justice has failed to punish Serbian crimes in Kosovo.

He cited all sorts of horrors that Serbs did to Kosovo's innocent civilian population.
