During the search, the police found more than $200 million in charge of metilamphetamine in the back of the van.
Toyota Hiace hit cars that were parked outside the police station on Ethel Street on the outskirts of Eastwood around 10:30 Monday. One of the police vehicles was badly damaged, but no one was injured.
The van was stopped an hour later, and during the search, police found several boxes packed with metilamphetamine bags, weighing a total of 273kg.
