Tahiri seeks to clarify circumstances of juvenile death from Fushe Kosova

Tahiri said a thorough investigation should be made concerning these claims.

“Mby claims that have been raised for the possibility of neglect in handling the warnings of this case, I consider a thorough and unprejudiced investigation is needed. Law enforcement institutions in the Republic of Kosovo function well and are all-powerful and reliable agents whose citizens turn to for help. So within them negligence if there is one, cannot be tolerated”, Tahiri wrote on his Facebook account.

The circumstances of the infant's death from Fushe Kosova must be clarified to the end. Without wanting to prejudge any element about this case, as the minister of justice I am deeply convinced that human dignity in our society cannot be subject to commitment or the engagement of institutions. Our legal, constitutional and institutional responsibilities are divided, but all are in the function of society and its members indiscriminately.
The value of institutions gets meaningful features only when they manage to fulfill their mission.
