Tahiri expects wage law to go to Constitutional Court

Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri has reported to the Commission for Legislation concerning the process of recruiting new swimmers, administration of the justice system and requirements of the Correcting Service Union related to the Law of Salaries. Minister Tahiri has dismissed statements and criticisms that the demands of the administration [...] have not been met.
Minister Tahiri has rejected statements and criticisms that the justice system administration's requirements have not been met.
He said that the problem of travel has been solved for workers working at the Palace of Justice.
This has been the right time to respond to your invitation to what to disk, it's a lie that you say the requirements of the justice system administration have not been met. People working in the Palace of Justice have had trouble traveling because there were no regular lines to that section, a large part of the administration that uses urban transportation already have free travel to the Court of Justice that catches several lines sent to the Palace of Justice and after the end of the work returns”, he said.
Tahiri said that with the new Law of Salaries, there is growth, but not at the level required because there is discrimination of the judiciary.
The “here has great discrimination with the judiciary, we have issued a provision that ensures them to receive salaries as a pension trust. This law does not reflect the equal powers that guarantee the Constitution of Kosovo and I hope that the Ombudsman will send it to the Constitutional Court because the judiciary has been discriminated against by this law. Salaries were not raised for the correctional service as we requested because it should be levelled with Police”, Tahiri said, EO reports.
