Supreme Court unblocks the $2.5 billion Trump for the border wall

The Supreme Court of the United States has opened the legal way for the White House to use 2.5 billion of the Pentagon's budget for building the wall border to Mexico. The court's ruling allows the Trump administration to re-enlist about $2.5 billion, which has previously been adopted [...]
The court's decision allows the Trump administration to resuscitate about $2.5 billion, which was previously approved by Congress for the Pentagon. These will be used to build a wall on the border between the United States and America, although most lawmakers had opposed the project.
President Trump's cabinet has planned to spend $2.5 billion in four contracts to replace the current siege in Arizona, California and New Mexico with stronger sieges.
The five conservative judges of the Supreme Court ruled to block the lower courts' decision to ban the president's use of money in contracts to build the wall with the argument that Congress has not determined that money should be spent precisely for that purpose. Against the ruling were four liberal judges, but it was approved by a majority of five votes.
The Supreme Court's decision has welcomed US President Donald Trump, who through a tweet post said that this decision is a major victory for border security and rule of law, writes “The Guardian”.
