The use of substances called doping by athletes is forbidden by any Federation. And for this fact, many are foods that are excluded from the daily diet of athletes, since their fibers and nutrients can stimulate force in the race.
But a study published by the University of “Freier” in Berlin shows that a substance that is found mainly in green leafy vegetables, such as spinach, has a steroidlike effect and must be added to the list of elements forbidden in sports. It's about speedsterone, which is taught to give you immediate strength.
To reach that conclusion, researchers conducted a study conducted by co46 athletes who were trained three times a week for 10 weeks. Some were given legissterone and others a placebo. Those who took the walker saw a big performance, almost three times more than those who did not.
Researchers point out that the pathdysterone can currently be purchased legally as a food base. Co-author Francesco Botrè, director of the Italian anti-doping agency (FMSI), told CNN that the team is now investigating ways to test the walksterone.
Anti-doping agencies are currently not allowed to test for walkingers, because he is not on the list of prohibited substances, but very soon things will change and the future of athletes will fade even more. Any decision on a future ban would be made by a special committee of WDA experts.
