The Special Department is founded in Foundation and Appeals to prevent crime

Even officially the Special Department has been functional in the Court of Appeals and the Pristina Foundation Court.

In this case, Judiciary Council leader Skender Chocaj said that with the establishment of this department there would be more efficiency in dealing with the materials.

The operation of this department, Supreme Court Chairman Enver Peci, has called it a great achievement.

“The foundation of the department is a huge achievement. It will increase efficiency in the treatment of”, he said.

The president of the Appeals Court, Hasan Shala, said it is time to show that those who committed crimes will be punished.

There will be more reasons to work today. I trust the judges and believe they are the right people and I believe the judiciary will take him to another level. Fighting corruption and crime is jeopardising our future, and today it is time to prove who has committed crimes will be brought to justice. Aferdita Bytyci, chairman of the Constitutional Court in Pristina, said that with the establishment of this department, there will be greater efficiency in dealing with subjects.

“The foundation of this department is expressed as a must to prevent crime, corruption. The Ministry of Justice played in forming this department. We are convinced that the establishment of this department will serve professionalisation”, she said.
