With great pressure to go to the gym and be active, it may be difficult sometimes to know when you are exercising more than necessary.
Release endorphins can create dependence, and 3% of those who go to the gym consider themselves dependent on exercise.
Since going to the gym every day may seem like the healthiest thing you can do is actually not.
This can lead to excessive fatigue, muscle burns, muscle injury, and dehydration.
Too much training is not a myth, and it can be very dangerous.
By not enabling your body to rest, you can do more harm than benefit.
But when do you know you're working hard?
1: You need water...
If you are constantly thirsty after drinking a few glasses of water, then your chances are that you're overexerting.
Exercise strains the body, which means that you can put your body into a catabolic state. If you exercise every day, then your body is constantly using muscle tissue to release energy.
This process naturally causes dehydranation and, therefore, requires water.
2: Consolation
It is no secret that exercise releases endorphins that increase the person's mood and cause a sense of euphoria. However, too much exercise can have the opposite effect.
Continuous physical exercises can affect stress hormones, cortisol, and epinephrine, resulting in no hormonal imbalance associated with mood swings and frustration.
3: You can't sleep
Sleep problems can be the result of excessive exercise, which then leads to fatigue and disability to concentrate on anything.
4: You feel no hunger
A lack of appetite can have harmful effects on the body if you are exercising all the time.
The body needs “carbrant” to repair the muscles after the exercises. If you're not eating enough, then your body doesn't have enough privacy to repair itself.
