Shkodra's chair deposites criminal prosecution for electoral crimes

Shkodra Mayor Voltana Ademi has deposited today in the Prosecution for Election Crimes committed at the June 30th polls.

Ademi suggests he has presented all evidence that according to her confirms violations of the law in a process that had nothing in common with the elections.

The mayor of Shkodra called on the prosecution to do the job and investigate without any political pressure and to implement only the law.

I've come before the Prosecutor today to make a criminal record of electoral crimes on June 30th. I call on the prosecution to do the job, enforce the law, investigate. Shkodranes and Albanians deserve to know the truth. With the delivery of this file, I would like to hope and believe that the investigative bodies will continue the work based on facts that have been submitted to the criminal connoissement that I am present today. Data and facts related to electoral crimes, with criminal acts committed on June 30th, which for their actions are electoral crimes”, Ademi said.

Asked whether to release the office on August 12th, the Socialist elected mayor of Shkodra said political developments are expected.

Shkodra was one of the municipalities where on June 30th she was voted only for Socialist Party candidates, while the opposition who did not participate in the process has consistently published what she calls election crime evidence and lawlessness. /Time News/
