U.S. Senate: We'll finance the World Cup if girls get paid the same as boys.

The National Women's Team of the United States has received great support in fighting for gender equality. Senator Joe Manchin on Tuesday introduced a bill in the US Senate that, if passed, would prevent the federal government from financing the 2026 World Cup if the American Football Federation does not agree to pay the girls and the same boys.
The bill suggests that the money that was scheduled to be used for support of hosting the 2026 World Cup, to be held in the US. These include the money earmarked for economic cities, local and local participating organisations, the US Football Federation, the CONCACAF (equivalent with UEFA, the football home in North, Central America and the Caribbean region) and FIFA.
Manchin attributed this bill to West Virginia University coach Nikki Izzo-Brown, who had brought this problem to his attention and hopes to ward off the discrimination of girls in the sports world.
I received a letter from coach Izzo-Brown who highlighted her concerns about girls in the football world. This is wrong. That's why I'm presenting a legislation that requires the U.S. Football Federation to pay the girls and the boys of the Nationals the same before taking the money to organize the World Cup.
The US won the fourth World Cup title Sunday in Lyon, defending the champion's title by 2.0 victory over Holland after eliminating several other favourites, such as France and England, in preliminary stages, broadcast the Express.
Megan Rapinoe, the winner of the Golden Ball and the Golden Shoe of this race, had previously spoken about the distinction in financial rewards for World Cup winners in the category of boys and girls.
There are big differences in wages in local leagues in the United States. The girls have a minimum salary of $16,539 a year and a maximum of $46,200 a year, while the boys have the minimum $16,250 and the maximum $7.2 million.
The women's team earns far less money than the men's team and footballers have indicted the Federation for this change. They also accuse the Federation of offering them worse conditions to train, such as medical treatments, training camps and training courses.
The US Football Federation has defended decisions on salaries offered for football players, saying that teams of boys bring more benefits. But there are gaps in this argument.
This argument has not been accurate during the time of the end. As The Wall Street Journal reported last month, “From 2016 to 2018, the girls' team has brought $50.8 million in profits compared with $49.9 million from boys”. This data was released from the U.S. Football Federation audit report.
The key argument of players is that they have to win to be paid, while boys earn more than they do without even qualified at the World Cup. The call has been <x0.>Page equal for work=x1>, but in fact women have done a bigger job.
In an ordinary calendar year, they played more often than boys and brought more money to the Federation.
