Officials say the plane had twice trampled on South Korean airspace on the Dokdo/Takesima islands, which were occupied by Seoul but who thinks both its own and Japan.
The South Korean Defence Minister said that they had fired 360 times to warn Russian aircraft, writes Periscope.
Russia has denied that it has violated this country's airspace.
In fact, Moscow also denied that South Korea had fired in their direction.
