O RCA: If the prime minister and minister intervene in the work of the KSHC, we'll sue

The Organisation for Quality in Education (ORCA) has protested political interference in the independence of the State Council of Quality ( KSC) and the Kosovo Agency for Accreditation Board.

This organisation has warned Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj and Education Minister, thankful to Bytyqi that for any kind of intervention in the KSC they would sue for misuse of official office and host continued protests.

ORCA representative Gramos Bucinca, ironising with Prime Minister Haradinaj, said that since he handles heavy sports he thinks he's stronger, but according to him politically and morally stronger is KSC.

The prime minister in Kosovo is of heavy sports. Who's the strongest prime minister or KSC? Parliament has both chosen. The strongest morally and politically is the State Council of Quality. If the prime minister and minister intervene, we will sue for misuse of official office. Any intervention will now be expected with protests”, Buckica said.

This protest comes after the ruling the KSHC has been made for failing to discredit the University of Pec, Mitrovica and Prizren.

Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj and Education Minister Fatmir Bytyqi have reacted sharply to this decision.
