228 goals in 550 matches the Madrid Real in La League, without forgetting the 44 finalisations in 102 meetings with Spain's representative. Raul Gonzalez, 42-year-old, currently coach of Real Madrid's (Cestilla) second team in Segunda B, is an example of being taken in sports careers, but not in business.
According to the Spanish newspaper “El Mundo”, Raúl is accused of economic crime because of the inability to pay off his obligations.
A company named Aurantia claims the former striker owes a 7.17m-euro debt (no interest) for a failed investment to Raúl in a project on renewable energy.
Carlos Redondo and his mother, Maria Luisa Blanco, are also charged with being 42-year-old. The ex-attacker, if convicted, risks between 1 and 4 years in prison.
