In an exit to the media after the end of the SP chairmanship meeting, Rama has declared that no changes in government will be discussed at the SP Assembly. On the other hand, the prime minister has indicated there will be elections in the SP, but in his response he has given no details whether there will be elections for the post of SP chairman.
In terms of June 30th and the victory of all municipalities, Rama has reiterated that as soon as it comes to the seat of the Socialists' local government, there will be no behaviour by the invaders, removing the Democrats.
Part of the conversation with journalists:
- Mr Rama, what did you discuss at the meeting?
We've had a discussion on the June 30th mirror, we've been watching every district, every municipality. We've also discussed the National Assembly meeting, where, of course, we'll talk about what was done and what we'll do next... and the most important thing I believe is that we've opened up a discussion to take the SP's overall organisation to another level in the function of opener and more effective relations with every community. In the function of harmonising our political line with the functioning of the municipalities and without question, this step opens, in the function of a clear stand, which we have kept during the campaign, in every municipality that until yesterday has been governed by the right, to build a solid process in relation to the administration, not to display any traditional tendency by invaders in these municipalities... to respect all those working in this municipality, not to touch any woman or girl in the first place who figures in the municipal administration, and to have the masisal transparency of all the movements of course necessary. Not in the funkyon of any Purge away from political...
Changes in Government?
Why? There's no change in government. They are fantasies that stem from high temperatures as well. I haven't stated there would be changes, but I said there are a number of tasks to be done.
- Will you negotiate, opposition claims there is 85% of Albanians behind you
They will be punished by self-exilement, and in the suicide process they will shout victory. Such victories always apply, but what remains is the result of the sovereign, Albanian people.
- You sent a text to the President, telling him you were going to eliminate him.
Unfortunately, those who still believe this opposition do not need plans to eliminate it, because the opposition is in full capacity to self-eleminate and as you see the following. What's important to us is to remain loyal to all, to those who voted for us, and to those who voted. Then we left these stories to the opposition,
- There's gonna be an election in the SP?
Yes, of course, we will enter the process. We'll talk further from the national assembly. In September we will enter the election process in the SP, after the assembly we will talk more, all organisations, forums and leadership will be re-elected
