But numerous rainfalls and hail during the month of June have resulted in severe damage that, according to him, will affect the reduction of grape productivity and quality, KTV reports.
Veliu suggests that other problems remain agricultural drugs, which are of the lowest quality.
For damage from rainfall and hail, during the past year, the Kosovo government had earmarked about 1m euros, money which during 2019 was provided to farmers.
The chairman of the Association of Holes, Habib Dina, says they have sought the aid of the municipality, but also of the Government of Kosovo.
But, in the Rahovec municipality, they say they don't have enough budget to help farmers and therefore have turned to the Government of Kosovo, until the Minister of Agriculture, according to them, has promised them support.
From the prime minister's office, over the phone, they told KTV that depending on the budget, they will constantly try to support farmers and farmers.
Rain floods during June have caused material damage in several other Kosovo municipalities as well.
