According to one research, using the phone for five hours a day is linked to risk from obesity to 43 percent.
This is also common logic, since as long as we are on the phone, we are less physically active, with what we are in danger of damaging our health.
The study included 1060 university students who were forwarded for six months from June to December 2018.
Of this group, 26 percent were overweight, and 4.6 percent who were obese spent more than five hours a day on a telephone.
This study also found that the participating men were 36.1% more inclined to be overweight, and 42.6% to be obesity.
Meanwhile, women were 63.9% more likely to be overweight, and 57.4 per cent to be pregnant.
